Chara Upgrades: Major bug fix to 1.01

Players from countries that don’t use the dot as the decimal separator couldn’t play the game. Now they can! Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll try to remember this so it doesn’t happen again. It was terrifying as everything worked fine for me. Thanks to the players who reported the issue and helped me determine what the problem was.
